3 Account Security and Responsibility

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. This bonus is subject to the following conditions:

  • A wagering requirement of 20x must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
  • The same wagering requirement applies to winnings earned using bonus funds.
  • The welcome bonus applies once only and is for the first deposit only.
  • The bonus is valid for a maximum of 30 days from the date it is applied.

General Bonus Terms

6 Gaming Rules

All games operated on the bi448 platform are governed by specific rules. The individual rules for each game can be found within the game interface.

Cricket Betting

Cricket betting includes BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL and international cricket (ICC events). Betting odds and markets are set by the platform authority. If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the bet will be voided and the stake will be returned.

Slots and Casino Games

All slot games are operated through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures complete impartiality of results. The gaming rules set by the game provider are considered final.

Technical Errors

If the outcome of a game round is uncertain due to a technical error or server issue, that round will be voided and the user's stake will be returned. The Company reserves the right to withhold payment in cases of abnormal winnings arising from a technical error.

Maximum Bet Limits

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bi448 platform. If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited:

  • Operating games through automated bots, scripts or artificial intelligence.
  • Claiming bonus benefits using multiple accounts.
  • Attempting to steal or hack another user's account details.
  • Using the platform for money laundering, tax evasion or other financial crimes.
  • Attempting to manipulate the platform's software or RNG system.
  • Using fraudulent payment methods or committing chargeback fraud.
  • Threatening, harassing or behaving inappropriately toward bi448 staff.
  • Operating an account in a third party's name or placing bets on their behalf.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the bi448 website and platform — including logos, trademarks, game graphics, interface design, text and software — is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors.

Users are not permitted to download, copy, modify, distribute or commercially use any content from the platform. The Company reserves the right to take legal action if this condition is breached.

9 Limitation of Liability

The bi448 platform is provided "as is". The Company's liability is limited in the following circumstances:

  • If a game session is disrupted due to internet connectivity issues, power outages or problems with the user's device.
  • If a transaction is delayed due to a service disruption by a third-party payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).

10 Account Suspension and Closure

Closure by the Company

bi448 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
  • Suspicion of financial crime or money laundering.
  • As per the instructions of the regulatory authority.
  • Long-term inactivity (more than 12 months).

Closed by user

Users may request to close their account at any time via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. If there is any valid balance in the account at the time of closure, it may be withdrawn in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.

Inactive account

An inactivity fee may apply to the balance of accounts that have been inactive for 12 months or more. The user will be notified in advance by email.

11 Dispute Resolution
